Eric Roth’s career has taken him through some of the most demanding legal environments in American public and private life. He began as a commercial litigator at White & Case, an international law firm, then served as special counsel to a United States Senator before moving into the corporate sector.
At Cordis Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, he served as Vice President, Law, building deep life sciences expertise that only comes from operating inside a large, complex healthcare organization. At Stearns Weaver Miller, Eric returned to private practice as a shareholder specializing in healthcare and life sciences counsel and litigation, advising clients on compliance, supply chain, pricing and contracting, and product liability.
At Therakos, Eric’s role of General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Compliance brings that full range of experience to a company expanding its global footprint and advancing a therapy across multiple disease states.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University.
