Mike Rechtiene is a business leader, investor, and advisor with nearly 30 years of experience leading companies across life sciences. As Co-CEO of Therakos, he leads global commercial strategy, operations, and product development.
Mike previously served as Co-CEO of Therakos and returned to lead its next phase of growth—sharpening commercial execution and expanding adoption across established and emerging immune-mediated conditions. He is the founder of VitalShift, a life sciences advisory firm, where he partnered with private equity firms on growth and value creation. Earlier in his career, Mike spent nearly two decades at Johnson & Johnson in leadership roles across consumer, biotechnology, and medical device businesses.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University, and an MBA from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
