Senior Vice President, Operations & IT
Rick Herwig began his career in management consulting, leading strategy and operations engagements for leading life sciences and industrial companies. He then moved into industry, where he held leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Bracco Diagnostics, and Radiopharm Theranostics across strategy, operations, and information technology.
In his role as Senior Vice President, Operations & IT, Rick applies that systems mindset to a clear mandate: modernizing the operational backbone of a therapy with a 40-year clinical record so it can scale across more indications, more markets, and more patients with the reliability its science warrants.
Rick holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is also a certified Lean Sensei.
